US Fleet Tracking Sponsors “Across America For Wounded Heroes”

OKLAHOMA CITY (July 09, 2014) – US Fleet Tracking is providing a GPS tracker and services to help keep track the whereabouts of Ivan Stoltzfus as he drives his John Deer tractor across the United States to raise money for the Wounded Warriors Project.

The man, C. Ivan Stoltzfus, is an auctioneer and real estate broker, as well as a retired farmer. He divides his time between Honey Brook, Penn. and Sarasota, Fla. Stoltzfus grew up farming with John Deere tractors and loved the sound of the two-cylinder engine. He dreamed of a cross country adventure on an old John Deere tractor to see the United States and to raise funds for a special mission.

The machine, a 1948 John Deere Model A, will serve as the great machine for the long journey. With the help of a tractor club, Waterloo Boys of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the tractor was restored and then retrofitted with a 1984 Peterbilt model 359 cab. This tractor certainly has a unique look. It will be towing a 24′ camper donated by Stoltzfus RV of West Chester, Penn.

The goal of the endeavor is to bring recognition and support for the many heroes of the United States — hurting men and women who sacrificed of themselves for our nation’s freedom.
