US Fleet Tracking Unveils Live Training for GPS Tracking

Company's ongoing GPS Tracking Academy starts with basics, goes deeper
Wednesday, January 23, 2013 - 8:45am

OKLAHOMA CITY (Jan. 23, 2013) - In keeping with the ever-changing GPS tracking industry, US Fleet Tracking now offers a series of live online training shows for its clients, which facilitate full use of its system, as new features and software applications continue to come on board. This newly-unveiled programming has a new wrinkle; it’s interactive, so viewers are able to chat questions real-time on anything from Control Panel navigation to in-depth specifics on Settings, Features and Alerts.

These live shows are conducted every other Friday, and are offered in two parts. "GPS Training Academy" kicks off the day’s lineup at 11 a.m. Central with an hour long upbeat-sometimes offbeat- show that foremost offers a clear-cut outline to US Fleet Tracking’s web-based GPS tracking system, starting with the Control Panel. Experienced USFT associates detail what each setting means, as well as how to get the most out of it. Training doesn't stop there though. Questions from viewers architect the show's route from there. Following this will be a one-hour break until 1 p.m. Central, when a 30-minute drill-down session ensues on a particular topic. This more in-depth offering is also open to live chat-in questions, so differing characteristics and information are sure to arise with each show.

Sam Sims, APR, director of Public Relations and Marketing for US Fleet Tracking, explains that while these shows have set topics, the interactive, informal nature of presentation of content leaves open the opportunity to answer any customers questions or inquiries. Sims also says that customer feedback will also drive content and direction of upcoming live training shows.

“As with our technology and product offerings, we want this show to be fluid, always up to date, and mainly fun and interesting," said Sims. "We take customer opinion very seriously, and as well, can glean future direction from that.”

Viewers must register, then will receive a password to watch and participate in the shows. It’s quick and easy; go to www.usfleettracking.com, and then to Support page. From there, click Training. Finally, clicking the large Register Now button has you ready to enjoy a unique, information-packed set of shows. You may just find our technology offers benefits you didn't know existed, while enjoying a refreshing break every other Friday afternoon.
